Step 3: If you need the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) sent by registered mail, please tell us. Usually the letter is scanned and sent by e-mail. An extra $75 is charged for registered mail. Step 4: The application will be processed. This usually takes less than 24 hours. We will usually answer you by e-mail. Step 5: We will send an invoice explaining the exact costs. Step 6: Pay the invoice. Please contact BEC for payment details. Step 8: Pay the remaining amount due. This amount will need to clear the school bank account before the starting date of the course. If the full amount is not received and cleared by the starting date of the student, the deposit will not be refunded and the student will not be able to start their course. If you need accommodations, the payment must be paid in full and the visa confirmed before accommodations can be booked.
