Canmore is one of the most beautiful cities in Canada. Therefore housing is generally more expensive. Our student resident program provides prices similar to cities that have lower standards of living. Our locations range from lodges, motels, families that rent out one of their rooms, and residences that a number of students live at.

• After receiving the students check-in and check-out dates, we are able to let them know which locations are available.
• Some locations are only available starting at the beginning of a month and ending at the end of a month. Rooms are subject to availability.
• Credit Card imprint will be taken on arrival. If anything is broken or missing, the replacement cost will be charged to the credit card. If cleaning is needed $100 will be charged.
• Students may be put on a waiting list until roommates are confirmed.
