I stayed in BEC for 8 weeks and it was a really great experience that I would like to recommend to everyone who wants to learn english, improve it, but also who wants to enjoy several awsome activities in the beautiful scenery of the rockies. Thanks to BEC I discovered not only a part of Alberta, but also many foreign cultures as I met people from everywhere. So, wonderful and peaceful landscape, very nice teachers and easy going students in an atmosphere of family... an unforgetable adventure!

Actually, I’ve already studied more than three week in the lovely school “Banff Education Centre,” so I made a lot of experiences in this nice school. The school is very social, the students, instructors and teachers are like a big family. The encouraged teacher give interesting class and the instructors organise exciting, different activities, which shows you the great culture of Canada and its exercises. I really like every school day and look forward for my next six schoolweeks in the great “BEC”. I recommend the “BEC” for everyone who like to do different exercises, profit for its English language skills, stay in a nice town, and learn in a social school area.

Since 2002 I have been to several language schools around the world; Bournemouth and London in England, Killarney in Ireland, Durban in South Africa, Vancouver, Kelowna and Canmore in Canada. When I came to BEC I was delighted from the first day on. The system and the way of teaching were great! Really unique is the credit system. What a great idea to be able to choose your afternoon classes. It's a perfect way to improve, to learn what you think it's best for you or to get to know the very beautiful area of the gigantic Rocky Mountains by hiking, biking, rafting, skiing.... I really enjoyed my 4 weeks at BEC, the time was flying, much too fast, but I'm sure, one day I will come back to meet again all the wonderful, creative and energetic teachers and to experience once again the informal and relaxed atmosphere like in a big wonderful family! This school is the perfect place for me because location is good, the teachers are good, and I could meet very nice friends. I really like nature. I could learn English while looking at the beautiful scenery through the window. We have a very good teachers, they are friendly and enthusiastic. We can study in small class, so we can have a lot of conversation in class. Also, I could meet friends who are from different country. We can learn about foreign culture, it was interesting. At first my level was 2 and I couldn’t speak English. Now, my level is 4-5, so I can have conversation now. Now I feel that learning English is very interesting. I will never forget The Banff Education Center.
